On World Flour Day, 20 March, Molini Pivetti unveils its commemorative logo and looks back on a decade of responsible farming, certified quality and promoting the local area.

Renazzo (FE), 19 March 2026 –Ten years on from the launch of the Campi Protetti Pivetti project, Molini Pivetti, a historic milling company based in Renazzo, in the province of Ferrara, is celebrating the partnership forged with the farmers in its supply chain, highlighting their shared commitment: to grow soft wheat to exacting standards, whilst respecting the environment.

To mark the occasion, the company is unveiling a commemorative logo that will feature on the entire range of Campi Protetti Pivetti-branded products throughout 2026.
Thanks to a responsible business model, firmly rooted in ethical principles and focused on quality and respect for the environment, the company has evolved by developing innovative expertise to ensure increasingly efficient and reliable solutions. With this approach, Molini Pivetti created the Campi Protetti Pivetti supply chain in 2016, the first to be certified by the international body CSQA, launching product development projects for the food industry and, increasingly, for professionals. This led to the creation of the 100% Emilian flour ranges, such as Gran Riserva and Da Agricoltura Sostenibile.

The original idea is simple: to guarantee the end consumer complete transparency about what ends up on their table. A flour from Emilia produced in one of the regions best suited to the cultivation of soft wheat, the result of rigorous agricultural practices and a set of guidelines agreed with the farmers, verified by independent third-party bodies.
For the latest wheat harvest, Campi Protetti Pivetti involved 38 certified farms and 900 hectares of monitored wheat. Making the system even more robust is the partnership with Xfarm Technologies, which since 2022 has digitised the supply chain through a platform that ensures monitoring and traceability at every stage of cultivation.

Campi Protetti Pivetti is a supply chain committed to becoming increasingly environmentally friendly. This is also the basis for the partnership between Molini Pivetti and Yara Italia, signed in 2024 to improve crop sustainability through advanced fertilisation practices, further strengthening the bond with farmers. Following an in-depth analysis of historical data and field trials, the joint technical teams developed a bespoke nutritional plan for soft wheat. In November 2025, the pilot phase began, tailored to the actual needs of Campi Protetti Pivetti, with the introduction of Yara Climate Choice™ fertilisers: a concrete step towards further reducing the supply chain’s carbon footprint.
“Flour is the culmination of a long journey that begins with sowing,” says Alessandro Zucchi, agronomist and head of supply chain projects at Molini Pivetti. “Celebrating this anniversary means reminding the entire supply chain that quality is built on respect for the land, even before the product reaches the table.”
The commemorative logo will feature on the two Campi Protetti Pivetti flour ranges – Gran Riserva and Da Agricoltura Sostenibile – as a symbol of a commitment that does not end with this anniversary, but is renewed.

To support this, Molini Pivetti will launch a communications campaign across its social media channels, culminating in the traditional Wheat Festival in early July – which this year promises to be even more engaging, with awards, celebrations and plenty of surprises for all farmers in the supply chain.
