These flours are the result of our concrete commitment to the environment, whose environmental footprint is certified by the international body CSQA. Wheat cultivated by the best farmers with sustainable practices in the selected fields of our Campi Protetti Sostenibile supply chain, far from sources of pollution and located exclusively in the provinces of Ferrara, Bologna and Modena, areas that have always been suited for the production of the best soft wheat in Italy.

A project made concrete thanks to our farmers who, through compliance with strict supply chain specifications and the use of 4.0 agriculture tools, are committed to working with us to reduce environmental impact in the coming years by monitoring CO2 emissions.
