
From March 15 to 17, we will be at Horeca Expoforum Torino – Lingotto Fiere, with three days dedicated to catering professionals.
The stand will feature a gastronomic journey dedicated to Molini Pivetti professional flours with tastings of:
- pan pizzas, pan-fried pizzas, and Neapolitan pizzas
- restaurant bread baskets
- leavened puff pastries
- traditional Piedmontese fresh pasta
A journey through dough techniques and processes designed for contemporary catering, from Italian breakfasts to modern brunches and gourmet snacks.
