Sfoglia Gold


Obtained from a careful selection of Italian durum wheats, Sfoglia Gold is the flour par excellence for the production of fresh and dry home-made pasta: the pasta is always rough, porous and yet velvety to the touch, created by special extrusion methods used to obtain a calibrated flour that maximises the grain size and minimises the mineral salt content, which is the main cause of dough proofing.
