Description

The vital region of soft wheat caryopsis is the most important source of essential oils and amino acids, its mineral salt content being higher than 4.5%. Wheatgerm significantly modifies the characteristics of the dough, increasing its extendibility. Moreover it greatly enhances the flavour of baked products, contributing significantly to turning the bread a golden brown colour, even at low temperatures.
