Pivetti black pizza mix is ready for kneading, and can be used like an ordinary pizza flour. The toasted flavour of the Arso wheat, which is perfectly balanced with the flour and the semolina, is a match for the fillings and, although its characteristics can always be recognised, it does not dominate the other ingredients, but rather exalts them.
