Gran Riserva Manitoba Emiliano flour is ideal for making Bread (e.g. baguettes), Focaccia genovese, choux pastry and babas, sponge cakes, long-rising pizza, croissants and doughnuts, sweet and savoury Panettone and Pandoro.
