Privacy Policy - ex art. 13 Regulation UE 2016/679

Please note that, pursuant to Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter: “Regulation”), your personal data will be processed by Molini Pivetti Spa with registered office in via Renazzo, 67 – 44045 Renazzo (Fe), in its capacity as Data Controller (“Controller”).
The Controller will process your personal data  (art. 4.1 of the Regulation) in particular your name, surname and e-mail address, for the following purposes:

  • to send promotional and marketing communications, including newsletters and market research, using automated instruments (e-mails, push notifications) and other forms (sms, mms, ordinary post, telephone with operator, fax); the Controller obtains a single consent for the marketing purposes described herein, pursuant to the General Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority, “Guidelines concerning promotional activities and combating spam” dated 4 July 2013; if in any case you wish to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes performed with the means indicated herein, or revoke any consent provided, you may at any time do so by contacting the Controller at the addresses indicated in this privacy policy, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent provided prior to revocation.

The legal basis of the processing for the above purposes refers to the expression of consent by the data subject to the processing of his or her personal data (art. 6.1.a of the Regulation).
The provision of your personal data is optional; there are no consequences in the event of your refusal.
Your personal data may be disclosed to:

  • physical persons authorised by the Controller to process your personal data following their signature of a confidentiality agreement (e.g. employees and system administrators);
  • third parties involved in the management of company web platforms and the various phases of sending communications, some of which act in their capacity as Data Processors (for the complete and updated list of data processors, write to info@pivetti.it);
  • bodies or authorities to whom the disclosure of your personal data is mandatory due to legal provisions or orders issued by the authorities.

In relation to the indicated purposes, your personal data will be processed using manual, IT and telematic instruments with logics that are strictly related to the indicated purposes, and in any case in a method that ensures the security and confidentiality of your data, in compliance with the specific obligations imposed by law.
“As regards any transfer of data to third countries, the Controller declares that the data will be processed in one of the methods permitted by the laws in force, for example the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract concluded between the data subject and the controller or the fulfilment of pre-contractual requirements at the request of the data subject; the conclusion or performance of a contract signed between the controller and another physical or legal person in favour of the data subject; the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of subjects participating in international programmes on the free circulation of data (e.g. EU-USA Privacy Shield) or operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission. More information may be obtained on request to the Controller at the above-indicated addresses.”
Your personal data will be retained only as long as is required for the purpose for which it was gathered, in compliance with the principle of minimisation referred to in article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Regulation.  More information is available from the Controller.
You have the right to request at any time from the Controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, request the restriction of processing or receive it in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases laid down in art. 20 of the Regulation.
Please also note that you have the right to object pursuant to art. 21 of the Regulation, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your data, for example you may object at any time to the sending of direct marketing using automated instruments (e-mails, push notifications) and other forms (sms, mms, ordinary post, telephone with operator, fax); you also have the possibility to exercise such right partially, in this case objecting solely to the sending of promotional communications using automated instruments.
You may at any time revoke the consent provided pursuant to art. 7 of the Regulation, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing prior to the revocation of your consent.
In any case you always have the right to submit a complaint to the competent control body, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you think that your data has been processed in breach of the laws in force.
Requests must be submitted in writing to the Controller at the following address info@pivetti.it.
