Molini Pivetti will be launching its sustainable organic flour grown 100% in Italy’s Emilia region on the international stage.
From 12 to 15 February Molini Pivetti will be exhibiting with its own stand at the 31st edition of Biofach in Nuremberg, the world’s most important organic food show, to introduce the 50,000 visitors expected this year to a new product that is more than excellent, the sustainable organic flour from the Campi Protetti Pivetti production chain, certified by the international CSQA body. Made from common wheats from Italy’s Emilia region produced in strict compliance with organic growing, production, storage and transformation methods, it is the ideal ingredient for all recipes, both sweet and savoury.
If it is undeniable that “Organic works”, as the title of the Biofach 2020 edition states, it is even more certain that the Sustainable Organic flour in the “Professional Bio” Line surpasses the basic concept not only in quality but also in terms of environmental impact reduction.
The coordinated, rational use and control of all growing and production factors enables the measurement, and thus the reduction, of CO2 emissions, with their adverse effects on the environment and on consumers’ health.
